The first quarter of 2015 has proved successful for the non-domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI). Ofgem have recently released their quarterly report for the RHI and have confirmed they have accredited 1667 new full applications and 9 preliminary applications. This has created a 96% increase on the first quarter in 2014.
Below is the latest graph produced by Ofgem to confirm the figures above:
As of 1st April, 2015 there was a 15% reduction to the small commercial biomass tariff. This applies to any installation with an accreditation date on or after April 1st.
As of 1st July, 2015 we predict to see a further reduction in the small commercial biomass tariff (0-199kW). This is based on the information provided from Ofgem to date.
Pending further information from Ofgem, we will publish the latest tariff updates which are expected to be announced beginning of June.
To date, 8913 installations are currently accredited with non-domestic RHI.
When I was looking for a firm to install a new boiler, I inspected a number of set-ups and each time asked the owner whether he would use the same firm again. They all said no until I got to Energy innovations. That was the clincher for me [...] if I were asked the same question today I would give the answer I got then.

Energy Innovations won the contract to supply and install a biomass boiler in our new stadium [...] After making contact with them, I was given the opportunity to look at several of their installations to help me decide what would be most suitable [fuel] for our particular needs. [...] Energy Innovations did a first class installation and provided us with good support and advice. I would recommend them to any prospective installation regarding biomass.

Energy Innovations recently completed a biomass project at our poultry farm. The quality of the components used, together with their knowledge and expertise throughout the installation, has been faultless. Continued support from the company during the early operating stages has been much appreciated - a very sound and professional team.
