In addition to one of the packages above, we can include “turnaround” services or inspections to suit your operational dates without any disruption to the running of the site.
Unfortunately, there is always the potential for unexpected breakdowns. We are able to provide telephone and remote support 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Clients in service contracts will have priority access to a service engineer.
We are an approved supplier for Gilles spare parts and are also able to supply many parts and spares for most biomass boilers and ancillary equipment.
We also hold a number of items as ‘critical stock’ and can provide guidance on items that a client may wish to hold on site.
Our service engineers carry a wide range of spare parts with them, should your biomass boiler need any during your service.
Client training is provided following the installation of an Energy Innovations biomass boiler system. Additional training can be arranged at any time, for new operators or as a refresher for current operators.
Our engineer will run through all aspects of the biomass boiler system and any ancillary equipment on site, including any health & safety considerations.
