Energy Innovations has a dedicated servicing department, offering comprehensive aftercare for the lifetime of your boiler.
We are pleased to offer an annual service contract for each boiler installed, covering servicing as well as telephone and remote support as required. Service contracts are also available to customers with existing systems.
Clients can choose from two options both of which include an annual service with an optional 6-monthly service visit.
Poultry sites can also benefit from a “turnaround ” service to ensure optimum performance with least disturbance to the birds.
Annual services include internal cleaning, lubrication and full boiler check, in line with the manufacturer specifications. A written report providing a record of work carried out and identifying any possible forthcoming issues will be issued following the service.
A six-monthly service includes a full check of all moving parts and lubrication as specified by the manufacturer.
Our remote monitoring system allows us to remotely access your system to make required operation parameter adjustments as required, as well as carrying out diagnostic work in the instance of a suspected problem. In conjunction with Telephone Support this system has proved very useful in ensuring continuing efficient performance of our biomass heating systems.
These maintenance contracts are optional and give clients full peace of mind that they have quick resolution and the technical help should they encounter any issues with their boiler.
